The large elm tree at the end of the right-side tree line for hole one is officially dead and will be removed by Root River Hardwoods this winter.
Another golf cart raffle for 2019 was approved.
Applying for a full liquor license, rather than just a 3.2 license, was approved. The increase in cost is minimal for insurance and around extra $1000 for licenses. Jay is looking into whether or not we can still have our members Bottle Club and a full liquor license.
A copy of the bi-laws was looked at. Corson Law Office will keep a copy. Any member is welcome to look at them upon request.
Years of service of each board member was discussed. All board members are willing to stay on the board until their 3 year terms are complete unless there is another club member with a strong interest to join. If that is the case let Jay know.
