On Father’s Day will be serving brunch from 9 to noon with some new menu options that Dads will love. We are going to also try for the adult/child 9 hole, alternate shot golf “tourney” after brunch. The cost is just $10 per 2 person team. Any age is welcome, there will be some small prizes for the kids. Shotgun start at noon. You can sign up the day of. Please spread the word. So come and eat and then stay for some family golf bonding!
We are in the process of updating the clubhouse. The kitchen and bar area are torn apart and we are currently waiting for the kitchen and bar floor to be grouted. When we are done we will have an updated kitchen but will not have an oven. The cost of the oven, exhaust hood, and other changes that come with a commercial oven were too great at this time. We will still be able serve some food, but will just be a little more limited on what we can serve.
We will also be getting new carpet throughout the clubhouse, new laminate flooring in the bathrooms, painting the bathrooms, and dressing up the bar area a little bit. Because of all these changes we are not having the January Annual Meeting. Instead we hope to host the Annual Meeting sometime in April/May when the clubhouse is complete.
