X-mas Coffee- Next Tuesday, Dec. 20th, there will be coffee and rolls/coffee cake served at the clubhouse for an opportunity to get together for anyone that is able to make it. Thank you to Jim Himili and IB for putting this together. Coffee and rolls will be ready at 8:30 a.m, all are welcome.

Help Needed- Next Wednesday, Dec. 21st, we are serving a luncheon for Preston Dairy and Farm. We are looking for 1 or 2 people to help IB serve this meal. It starts at noon. If you are available to help please let myself or IB know. We would probably need help from 11 until around 1 or 2.

The Annual Meeting is set for Sat. Jan. 14th. There will be complimentary food and discounted drinks. Happy hour and food start at 6 oclock. The actual meeting will be at 7 p.m. More information will be coming out before the meeting.

We are in the process of updating the clubhouse. The kitchen and bar area are torn apart and we are currently waiting for the kitchen and bar floor to be grouted. When we are done we will have an updated kitchen but will not have an oven. The cost of the oven, exhaust hood, and other changes that come with a commercial oven were too great at this time. We will still be able serve some food, but will just be a little more limited on what we can serve.

We will also be getting new carpet throughout the clubhouse, new laminate flooring in the bathrooms, painting the bathrooms, and dressing up the bar area a little bit. Because of all these changes we are not having the January Annual Meeting. Instead we hope to host the Annual Meeting sometime in April/May when the clubhouse is complete.
